SERVICE FAQ

Do I need impact glass?

Requirements depend on your building's location and wind zone. We'll confirm what's required for your address as part of the assessment.

Can this happen one unit or floor at a time?

Yes. Window and door replacement is commonly phased by floor or unit line to keep the building livable throughout.

How often should windows and doors be replaced?

Window and door seals and frames should be checked as part of the annual envelope review. Full replacement is typically evaluated at the 20 to 30 year mark, or sooner at the first sign of water intrusion around a frame.
