SERVICE FAQ

How often should a commercial or condo roof be inspected?

It depends on the roof type, age, and coating history. A Pro-Max inspection will give you a specific recommendation for your building.

How often should roof maintenance be performed?

Roofs need at least one inspection a year, plus a dedicated check before and after hurricane season. Drains and scuppers should be cleared before heavy-rain periods, and any recurring leak should be investigated at the source rather than repaired repeatedly.
