SERVICE FAQ

Is this the same team that handles the design?

Yes. Design, procurement, and construction are executed by the same in-house team, which is why there's one point of contact from concept through completion.

How often should interior renovations be considered?

Common areas should get an annual check for stains, moisture damage, and wear. A full renovation is generally considered every 7 to 10 years, or sooner if repeated envelope leaks are affecting the same space, in which case the leak source should be fixed before finishes are replaced.
