SERVICE FAQ

How long do these systems last?

Warranty terms vary by system and manufacturer. We'll confirm the specific warranty available for your building once we've assessed the substrate.

Does waterproofing need to happen before or after painting?

Waterproofing comes first wherever water is entering the building. Painting over an active leak only hides the problem.

How often should waterproofing and exterior painting be reviewed?

Sealants, coating condition, and façade appearance should be checked annually. Exterior paint and coating systems are typically refreshed on a 7 to 10 year cycle depending on exposure, while waterproofing membranes get a detailed review once leaks recur or by the 5 to 10 year mark, with renewal planned around condition rather than a fixed date.
