SIGNS YOUR BUILDING NEEDS THIS

Scoped Around Your Renovation Timeline

A lobby, hallway, or amenity space that hasn't been updated in over a decade • A material alteration vote coming up and a board that needs a design partner • A desire to raise curb appeal and resident satisfaction ahead of a sale cycle • A need for professional sourcing instead of piecing materials together

SERVICE FAQ

Does this cover individual units?

No. Pro-Max's interior design and renovation work covers common areas and amenity spaces, such as lobbies, hallways, and clubrooms, not individual residences.

Who selects the materials?

Our in-house design team leads material and finish selection, working with the board and management through every round of feedback.

How often is interior design and procurement needed?

Interior design and procurement isn't on a fixed inspection schedule. It's typically scoped whenever a common-area renovation or post-repair refresh is planned, timed to the building's actual renovation.
