SERVICE FAQ

Can the pool stay usable during construction?

Amenity access during a deck renovation depends on scope and phasing. We'll walk through what stays open and when as part of planning.

Why does a deck leak even when the pavers look fine?

Most plaza deck leaks start in the waterproofing membrane below the surface finish, not the pavers themselves. That's why a proper renovation replaces the membrane, not just the top layer.

How often should pool decks and plaza decks be renovated?

Drains, joints, and leak history on pool and recreation decks should be reviewed annually. A detailed waterproofing and membrane review is recommended by year 5 to 10, with full deck renovation generally planned around the membrane system's service life rather than a fixed schedule.
